Welcome to our Trust

Welcome from our Executive Principal (CEO)

Meet the Team

Great schools are created through having great teachers and support staff. We aim to recruit and develop a great workforce, highly skilled and passionate about getting the very best for all of our pupils. We are creative and flexible in our approaches to recruitment, ensuing we are resourceful in getting the very best talent and, indeed, people with the potential to be the very best.

How We Work

The Trust has a vision, in line with the values of the RSA, that is laid out to ensure that all schools and staff within them share a common aim and purpose.

RSA Academies

We have a very strong connection to the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce, more commonly known as the Royal Society of Arts or the RSA. The RSA has a history of developing ideas and projects to improve people’s lives and set up RSA Academies to work alongside schools also interested in doing this.

History

Our Trust was founded in September 2012, when Arrow Vale Community High School became a Sponsored Academy. The trust was originally named Redditch RSA Academies Trust, and has now been renamed as Central RSA Academies Trust

Why Join Us? (Schools)

We are actively seeking schools in the West Midlands, of both primary and secondary phases, to join Central RSA Academies Trust. If you are, having found out a little bit about our schools and our Trust, through this website or other means, keen to have a confidential conversation with us, then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Our Performance

The DfE performance tables and latest Ofsted inspection reports for our schools can be found here.
